IN PERSON SESSION

A private, in-person counselling session in Point Chevalier, Auckland. We meet at Tāhi Medical Centre, 21 Shaftesbury Avenue, on Mondays and Wednesdays. There's parking on site. Enter via Target Street and continue towards Litchfield Towers, the centre is right in front. Ask for me at reception and I'll come out to meet you. This is a good fit if you prefer to talk face to face, or if being in the same room helps you feel more settled and able to open up. Sessions run for 50 minutes. We'll start by talking about what's brought you here and what you'd like to get out of our time together, at whatever pace feels right for you. To cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours ahead, through the website or by phone or text on 021 166 6765.
